These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website numora.space, the Telegram bot, and related services operated by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Zavhorodnii Yurii Hryhorovych (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Numora”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using our website or services, the User agrees to these Terms.

1.2. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the services.

2. Access to Services

2.1. We provide Users with access to digital products, including but not limited to:

• video and audio materials;
• electronic books;
• PDF guides;
• forecasts and consultations via the Telegram bot.

2.2. Access may be provided on a paid or free basis, depending on the selected plan or offer.

3. Use of Materials

3.1. All materials (videos, texts, illustrations, software code, graphics) are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Numora.

3.2. The User is strictly prohibited from:

• copying, distributing, selling, or reproducing materials without prior written consent;
• sharing personal access credentials with third parties;
• using the services for fraudulent activities or unlawful purposes.

3.3. Personal, non-commercial use of materials is permitted.

3.4. Results generated by the Telegram bot are produced automatically. Numora does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or compliance of forecasts with User expectations.

4. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• provide accurate and truthful information during registration and payment;
• respect intellectual property rights;
• refrain from attempting to interfere with the operation of the website or services (including hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access).

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the services.

5.2. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• technical issues on the User’s side (internet connection, devices, settings);
• third-party services (Telegram, payment processors, hosting providers);
• actions of third parties.

5.3. The maximum liability of Numora for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the most recent paid product.

5.4. All provided materials are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice. The User is solely responsible for decisions made based on the provided materials.

6. Changes to the Terms

6.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

6.2. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the website.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, in court at the location of the Service Provider’s registration.
