Public Offer Agreement
Sole Proprietor (FOP) Zavhorodnii Yurii Hryhorovych, acting on the basis of state registration, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, offers any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) to enter into this Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), which governs the provision of access to digital products, materials, and services on the website numora.space and through related services (Telegram bot, mobile applications, online store, etc.).
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Service Provider grants the Client access to digital products (online materials, e-books, courses, meditations, forecasts via Telegram bot, etc.) under the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Client pays for the selected product/service in accordance with the established tariffs.
1.3. This Agreement constitutes a public offer and is deemed concluded at the moment of payment by the Client.
2. Acceptance and Payment
2.1. Acceptance of this offer is the payment made on the website or via available payment services (Stripe, LiqPay, WayForPay, PayPal, etc.).
2.2. Prices for products and services are published on the website and may be changed by the Service Provider at any time.
2.3. All payments are made in euros or Ukrainian hryvnias (depending on the selected payment method).
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Service Provider undertakes to:
- provide access to digital products within the timeframes specified on the website;
- ensure the protection of the Client’s personal data;
- provide support in case of technical issues (via email: info@numora.space).
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate information during registration and payment;
- not transfer access to products to third parties without the Service Provider’s permission;
- refrain from actions that may harm the operation of the website or services.
All digital materials are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Copying, reproduction, transfer, or distribution in any form without written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.
4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- improper operation of the Client’s equipment or internet connection;
- actions of third parties that interfere with access to the service;
- use of materials beyond personal use.
4.2. The total liability of the Service Provider for any claims shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client.
4.3. The Service Provider’s products and materials do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or any other professional advice. The Client uses the materials at their own discretion.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. The Client has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if the product has not been used (for example, the e-book has not been downloaded or course access has not been activated).
5.2. Refund requests must be sent to: info@numora.space.
5.3. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
5.4. If a digital product has been downloaded, opened, or activated, it is considered used and is not subject to refund.
6. Personal Data
6.1. The Service Provider processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6.2. By accepting this offer, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data for service provision purposes.
7. Force Majeure
The Parties shall be released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances (military actions, natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Service Provider has the right to amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure — in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
