This Refund Policy defines the rules for refunds of digital products and services provided via the website numora.space, Telegram bot, and related services operated by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Zavhorodnii Yurii Hryhorovych (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Numora”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. All Numora products are digital goods, including but not limited to electronic books, PDF guides, online materials, videos, meditations, and access to the Telegram bot.
1.2. Refunds are available only in cases expressly defined in this Policy.
1.3. Payment for any product constitutes the Client’s acceptance of this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Conditions
2.1. A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of payment if:

Opening a file, downloading a PDF once, receiving a Telegram bot forecast, or viewing any digital content is considered full use of the digital product.
3. Refund Procedure
3.1. To request a refund, the Client must send an email to info@numora.space including:

3.3. If approved, refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used (Stripe, PayPal, LiqPay, WayForPay, bank card).
3.4. Upon refund approval, access to all purchased digital products (courses, PDFs, meditations, Telegram bot) is revoked. The Client agrees to immediately stop using such content.
4. Refund Processing Time
4.1. The actual processing time depends on the bank or payment provider and may take up to 14 calendar days.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Numora is not responsible for refund delays or failures caused by banks or payment systems.
